Back in November (while at my mom’s place for Thanksgiving) I picked up some knitting needles. I made a mess! Make no mistake, knitting is hard. I haven’t given up but I did take a break from needle knitting when I heard about the knitting loom. Here are a few scarves I have made using a rectangular loom and a circle loom. Looming is easy and fun and quick.
I made this scarf for my friend who lives in Wisconsin. It was -20 degrees there when it arrived.
Yarn: Loops & Threads Charisma / Color: Mountain Majesty / Amt: 2 Skeins
I made this red infinity scarf and men’s cowl for my cousin and her husband in Ohio. The cowl was made on a circle loom.
Infinity Scarf – Yarn: Vanna’s Choice / Color: Cranberry / Amt: 2 Skeins
Men’s Cowl – Yarn: Loops & Threads Carisma / Color: Ashes / Amt: 1 Skein
I made this light homespun scarf for myself. Perfect for California winters.
Yarn: Lion Brand Homespun / Color: Shaker / Amt: 1/2 Skein
Okay… time to get back to the needles. Wish me luck!
